CEO & Director
Vanita Tiwari has led Innover Capital's business development, issuer coverage and institutional relationships since co-founding the company in 2023. She has been instrumental in building and strengthening relationships across issuers, mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds, banks and other institutional investors.
Since assuming overall leadership in 2025, she has significantly expanded the firm's issuer network, broadened its institutional investor coverage and continues to lead transaction origination, execution and strategic growth.
Prior to founding Innover Capital, Vanita built her professional career in customer-facing leadership roles before transitioning into entrepreneurship. Her experience in relationship management, communication and commercial development continues to shape Innover's client-centric approach.
Director
Praveen Sharma brings over 27 years of leadership experience in global capital markets technology. He has led large engineering organisations at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at InTrade Systems.
His expertise spans building and scaling technology organisations, driving operational excellence and delivering complex front-to-back technology solutions for financial institutions and investment banks.
At Innover Capital, Praveen leads the firm's technology, analytics and operational initiatives, strengthening its market intelligence platform and technology-driven capabilities.
